Canva is the easiest way to create graphics and designs for social media and other marketing materials. It’s a great alternative to Photoshop, but can you get similar services elsewhere? Here are some alternatives to Canva.
15+ Websites like Canva and Canva Alternatives
Whether you’re creating a social media graphic for your business or just need to make a quick poster for an event, there are plenty of online tools that can ease the design process. There are thousands of online tools out there, including free and paid services that can provide you with the tools and assets you need to design social media graphics, marketing materials, images for your blog posts or website, and more.
In no particular order, here’s our list of 15+ design sites like Canva. There are a number of photo editors available, but I selected these sites because they also offer graphic design options and design templates similar to what Canva does. Most of these tools offer both paid and free versions.
1. PicMonkey
PicMonkey is a free online photo editing tool that’s great for beginners. It’s easy to use and has plenty of great features including a collage tool, stickers, filters, and fonts. You can also make small adjustments to your photos and add text to them.
2. Adobe Spark
Adobe Spark is a free graphic design tool that lets you create beautiful images for social media, infographics, and websites. It’s a web-based tool that’s easy to use and you can use it on your mobile phone as well. Made by the creators of Photoshop, Adobe Spark is their version of a template-based design program that’s more friendly toward beginners.
3. Easil
Easil is another design tool very similar to Canva but with a different design aesthetic and different options. I actually love many of the templates available on Easil right out of the gate without editing!
4. RelayThat
RelayThat is a unique graphic design tool in that the main purpose is to create multiple different versions and variations of your graphics very quickly. They market themselves as a “design automation app.”
If you’ve ever wished you could create a whole bunch of fresh Pinterest pins all at once and quickly switch out the colors, headlines, and photos to make fresh pins, RelayThat might be for you!
5. Tailwind Create
Tailwind Create is a little different than some of the other software on this list because Tailwind is primarily a social media scheduler (I use it for scheduling Pinterest posts), but their Create feature allows you to quickly design multiple Pinterest images using their templates and is very similar to RelayThat.
6. Stencil
7. Crello
8. Snappa
9. Pablo
10. Pixelied
11. Visme
12. DesignBold
13. FotoJet
14. Desygner
